We are a sales agency responsible for generating revenue for a variety of clients. We are currently hiring representatives for our charity clients. Our charity partners focus on assisting veterans and ending human trafficking. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic ambassador to use their sales and communication skills to further these amazing causes. The candidate we hire will conduct daily events with retail, festival and trade show locations throughout the Orlando-Metro area, engaging visitors at our booths to create awareness of program offerings, generate funding, and ultimately expand the reach of these incredible charities.
Participate in a collaborative team environment through meetings, conference calls and hands-on training
Receive advanced education in marketing and sales skills (interpersonal psychology, charisma, emotional intelligence, etc)
Attend, setup and cleanup daily events with retailers, festivals and trade shows to engage the community and increase fundraising
Process confidential customer information for one-time and/or recurring donations
Develop positive working relationships with our various event partners
Receive daily feedback from executives and trainers to evaluate and improve fundraising, customer retention, and event reputation
0-2 years serving/bartending/sales experience highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Bilingual proficiency is a huge plus
Motivation to contribute to a great cause while earning great income
Ability to give and receive instruction and feedback for personal and professional development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
